Join us on August 19th from 1 to 4pm for the 6th annual Wanup Adventure PlayDay. This annual free event is a celebration of children’s play and learning as families gather for an afternoon of fun this summer!

The Adventure PlayDay is a temporary version of an Adventure Playground where children are free to explore and create with loose parts and tools. For more information on Adventure Playgrounds, click here.

If you want to attend this year’s event, please send us a message via the link above. Put “Wanup PlayDay” in your message and make sure you include the number of children in your group so that we know how much material to gather and prepare. Thank you!

PlayDay 2022 – What a fun day! It was a smaller group this year however twelve children along with their families braved the humidity and heat to enjoy an afternoon of discovery, creativity and learning. The sounds of laughter and delight were proof that the children appreciated the opportunity to play in whatever direction their imagination led them. Most of the children brought their creations with them in order to continue the adventure at home. Click here to see a power point of photos of the day. Below is the information shared leading up to the event.

On August 6th, 2022 we will celebrate the 5th annual Wanup Adventure PlayDay. This annual free event has been growing over the years and we are hoping that more families will join us for an afternoon of fun and play this summer!
